Amazing sculptural writing implements made from graphite and designed by Agelio Batle and his studio in San Francisco Each piece is cast using carbonaceous graphite and can be used in its entirety as a pencil. It is treated with a polymer that helps prevent the graphite from rubbing into one’s hands. All of Studio Batle’s “Graphite Objects” wear very slowly and will last an average of 7 to 9 years with everyday use.
