"Bandeau" Insignia blue silk cushion

Insignia blue Indian silk douppion cushion decorated with a 1900-30's orange silk grosgrain French ribbon. The pocket at the back of the cushion is in Tabasco red silk with matching zip.

This ribbon comes from an archive of a former ribbon manufacturer in St Etienne, France. It would have been a sample shown to clients or at exhibitions and therefore is unique.
