Swallow charm

English, circa 1910, by Ward Brothers.

Copper alloy with gold plated finish with additional aventurine beads and painted wood coin bead. The swallow charm would originally have been used for hat and tie pins or sporting broaches.

You can clip it onto the back pocket zip with a gold bolt ring clasp. Up to six charms will fit on the clasp.

Each charm comes with a quote relating to it. They help to tell a story to the receiver, giving a message of romance, travel, individuality or luck.

Bird
